Dr. Nur Iman bin Hashim is a lecturer in the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management at UCSI University Kuala Lumpur. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Universiti Islam Selangor (UIS), specializing in strategic management. Additionally, he has earned his Master's in Hospitality Management, as well as a Bachelor's Degree and a Diploma in Food Service Management, all from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
In terms of professional experience, Dr. Nur Iman has worked with esteemed establishments such as The Chicken Rice Shop (2006), Sushi King Restaurant (2009), Killiney Kopitiam Damansara (2011), Cybernetics International College of Technology (2012), Double Tree by Hilton Hotel (2013), Innovative International College (2014), and SEGi University (2017), before joining UCSI University in 2022.
Currently, Dr. Nur Iman is actively engaged in teaching, supervising, and conducting research within the hospitality and tourism industry, focusing on operations management, innovation adoption, business sustainability, and competitive advantage.
