Inchin is a Culinary Arts tutor in the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management at UCSI University Sarawak Campus. He completed his diploma in Culinary Arts at UCSI University. He has over 24 years of industrial culinary experience from international hotels and chain restaurants in Malaysia. His culinary fortes are Italian cuisine and Western cuisine. He is also a member of the Kuching Chefs Association.
